Meet Meredith

Meredith Blakesley, M.S., CCC‑SLP, is a highly experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist with more than 20 years of dedication to supporting preschool and school‑age children as they grow into confident, capable communicators. She is the owner and clinical director of Nama‑Say Therapy, a private practice providing comprehensive consultation, evaluation, and individualized treatment services for school‑aged children.

Meredith brings a unique, whole‑child perspective to speech‑language therapy, integrating her background in yoga, mindfulness, and body‑based regulation strategies into clinical practice. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of the full range of speech‑language impairments, including articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, social‑pragmatic communication differences, and literacy‑related language needs.

Her therapeutic approach is play‑based, child‑led, and developmentally responsive, recognizing that regulation, connection, and movement are foundational to communication. Meredith intentionally meets each child where they are, supporting not only speech and language skills, but also self‑regulation, emotional awareness, confidence, and authentic engagement. Collaboration is central to her work, and she partners closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful progress that carries over across home, school, and community settings.
